Marie Elaine & George Santorini Blessing

Following their unique London wedding, Marie Elaine and George opted for an intimate and romantic Vows Renewal celebration set in their favorite island of Santorini, as an homage to their Greek heritage.

Mitheo Event exceptionally planned, styled and managed the intimate affair in collaboration with distinguished associates from Greece and the UK. The inspiration was drown from the blue and white hues of the Mediterranean, the enchanting Santorini sunset and the lavish settings of the five-star Ambassador Hotel Santorini, with the spectacular Caldera view.

The bride's preparation at the hotel's suite, as every other moment of the event, was insightfully captured by top wedding photographer John Nassari. The bride wore an ethereal wedding gown with adorned bustier by Morgan Davies Bridal and Jimmy Choo satin nude pumps complimented to perfection by her Olivier Laudus jewelry.

Elaina's hair was styled in a beautiful up-do by renowned hairstylist Vassilis Diamantopoulos and her soft and glowing makeup was done by make-up artist Irene Chaleli.

The vows renewal ceremony set overlooked the Aegean waters, featuring a beautiful wedding arch and elegant floral arrangements of white and blue Vanda orchids by Petridis Floral creations, mirroring the island's trademark color palette. The romantic and luxurious intimate dinner that followed, hosted at Ambassador Hotel’s private balcony, was a celebration of love with tango performers and cascades of white orchids, during the world famous Santorini sunset.

The menus and place cards were handcrafted in royal blue ink calligraphy by Paul Antonio Scribe. The bride was stunning in a unique Inbal Dror gown with pearl beaded low cut back and chic signon hairstyle.

The event was an opportunity for the couple to cherish their wedding day memories and create new ones, as Mitheo Events incorporated their vision of an elegant and personal affair to the breathtaking scenery and ambience of their favorite destination.
